TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PEGS 2025 BREAKTHROUGH BOOST PROMO

1. Eligibility:

  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to confirm that the import of biological materials is permitted in their jurisdiction prior to entering the giveaway. Invenra Inc. will not be responsible for shipments delayed, confiscated, or denied entry due to regulatory restrictions.

  • Invenra Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries from countries where shipping or delivery of biological materials is prohibited, restricted, or subject to special permitting requirements.

  • By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to biosafety, export controls, and customs regulations.

  • Employees, representatives, and agents of Invenra Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway entry period begins on May 13, 2025 and ends on May 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must complete the official entry form located at https://invenra.com/express/ during the entry period.

  • Only one entry per research organization/lab is permitted.

4. Prize Details:

  • One (1) winner will receive a 50ml scale B-Body Rapid Express Antibody Expression Service, including:

    • Expression of up to two (2) Fab arms provided by the winner.

    • Two-step purification of a bispecific or monoclonal antibody.

    • Delivery of the purified antibody within 8 weeks of sequence submission.

  • The estimated retail value of the prize is $5000.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other services.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on May 26, 2025.

  • The selected winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw date.

  • The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery and Terms:

  • The winner must provide the required DNA sequences within 180 days of prize acceptance.

  • Invenra reserves the right to review and approve submitted sequences for compatibility with the B-Body Platform.

  • The antibody product will be delivered as a two-step purified sample. Further modifications, optimizations, or additional services are not included in the prize.

7. Publicity:

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Invenra Inc. to use their name, organization, and brief project description for promotional purposes, including announcements and case studies, without additional compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Invenra is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures that prevent entry.

  • Invenra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if it is compromised in any way.

9. Void Where Prohibited:

  • This promotion is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to countries or jurisdictions with restrictions on promotional giveaways or specific export regulations.

10. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Invenra Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
