Timothy Daley, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive who served as a consultant to Invenra from 2018 until his appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer in June 2021. Previously, he was CFO of Cellular Dynamics International prior to its acquisition by FujiFilm for $307M. Tim has significant consulting experience, having served for 15 years as sole principal performing part-time and interim CFO/Controller and SEC reporting services to organizations at a variety of growth stages and sizes through his firm, Timothy Daley CPA – CFO Services LLC. Prior to that, he held various finance positions, including Treasurer and Controller at Sonic Foundry, Inc. He began his career at Coopers and Lybrand, where he practiced as a certified public accountant. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
