He is Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, for Twist Bioscience Corporation (NASDAQ: TWST), where he has served since 2021. He has also held various legal and leadership roles throughout his career, within the life sciences industry since 2009 at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb (previously Celgene, and previously Abraxis BioScience), CytomX Therapeutics, Seagen, and as general counsel from 2000-09 for public and private companies in the healthcare, entertainment, and internet industries.
